Many people are used to eating bread everyday, and bread has become an essential food to their diet. If they knew about the harmful effect of consuming white bread, they would never eat bread again. 

Our body tends to store water when we eat foods, which are rich in carbohydrate. Therefore, you can lose weight if you stop consuming white bread. This will not reduce a huge amount of weight, but it reduces the water weight which is stored in your body. 

When it begins to metabolize the carbohydrate, it increases the sugar level in your body rapidly, and then it immediately drops the sugar level. Due to that change, you feel hungry and thirsty.

White bread does not contain dietary fiber. Therefore, you can improve digestion by not consuming white bread and start to eat other grains.
