Required ingredients

One Raw banana
A small pot of water
And a bit of cinnamon powder

Add the raw banana into the pot of water and boil it about 10 minutes. Then filter the mixture and pour into a jug. If you want to enhance the taste of this mixture add a bit of cinnamon powder.

Drink a cup of this mixture before sleep.
