There is a strong relationship between sleep and fertility. Researchers have been found that insufficient sleep decreases the chance of having a baby by 42 percent.

If you sleep less than six hours a day, you are at a great risk. 

Sleeping more than nine hours a day also reduces the chance of being a father by 42%. A recent research was done by Boston University confirmed these things.

As we said earlier, there is a direct link between sleep and sperm count, testosterone level, sperm concentration. That is why sleep deprivation affects fertility.
