Fortunately, a group of scientists in a Sri Lanka university found an amazing way to reduce calorie by half. You can eat a lot of rice without any negative effect thanks to this method.

The method that scientist introduced is very simple. First, add a little amount of coconut oil to the boil water. The size of the amount of coconut oil should be nearly 3 percent of the rice. Finally, store it in the refrigerator about 12 hours.
