Astronauts should avoid soda drinks due to the microgravity in space. Carbon dioxide bubbles in soda drinks can't come to the surface because of the low gravity in space. It makes the beverage rich in Carbon Dioxide gas. If you drank these beverages which contain the huge amount of gasses, it can cause dangerous side effects.
No matter that the drink in the bottle or your stomach, bubbles can't rise up to the surface of the liquid. Therefore, those bubbles can enter to your digestive system. In the earth, you should not worry about this because you can expel the gas by burping.
